Car Sales Executive - Grimsby

Salary: £40,000 OTE (depending on experience)

Hours: Full Time

Our client, currently celebrating their 20th Year in business, have gone from strength to strength and continue to be a well-respected Manufacturer partner. They have an exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive to join their Dealership Team in Grimsby.

This presents a fantastic opportunity for either:
• An experienced motor industry sales professional looking to have their hard work rewarded with an uncapped bonus scheme you will struggle to beat anywhere else in the industry
• A high achiever in a similar fast-paced sales environment who will relish a great opportunity

In return for your commitment you can expect:

• Uncapped bonus scheme, non-experienced Sales Consultants can earn £30,000 in their first year and for those with experience this can be £40,000 plus
• 30 Days holiday including Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service
• Every third weekend off with one day off each week plus early finishes
• Bonus birthday holiday
• Christmas and birthday gifts
• Prize incentives during promotional events
• Company car
• Substantial discounts on new cars, parts and servicing for you and your family
• Enrolment in the Manufacturer College with training to ensure you have the tools to be the best in the business
• Company training to ensure you have the confidence and ability to optimise every opportunity, be it face to face, telephone or digital
