The Campaign Coordinator will assist central merchandising efforts and drive a clear and consistent customer experience across all marketing channels. This is a high impact role, responsible for translating the company’s financial objectives into effective retail strategies that differentiate Groupon and drive consumer interest. On a day- to -day basis, you will coordinate among all the business teams and marketing channels to present an optimal site, mobile and email experience to Groupon’s customers. This role requires a unique balance of excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills as well as creative thinking.

You’ll spend time on the following:
Own the merchandising site experience by coordinating across verticals and working with product teams Leverage data to improve understanding of customer and improve campaign performance. Own and drive email, asset and push execution by coordinating with the Revenue Management team to deliver campaigns in line with the Merchandising Calendar Coordinate inventory curation with Goods Merchandising and Sales teams to supply campaigns appropriately Manage cross vertical communication to ensure all parties are aligned on weekly and upcoming campaign planning Coordinate with copy team to align on messaging for email, mobile and web Manage reporting for campaigns, including and not limited to sales promotions and company initiatives Assist in creating campaign wrap ups and process optimization/efficiencies
We’re excited about you if you have:
2+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in a consumer facing online/e-commerce role. Experience in managing multichannel online merchandising campaigns Advanced knowledge of Excel is required Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
