An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a health and beauty business as a Business Unit Controller.
A well known health and beauty business with a great portfolio of brands. Their head office based in Hertfordshire.
As a business unit controller you will be responsible for managing and developing the retail channel focusing purely on the toiletries avenue of the business which currently has significant opportunity for future growth. You will be working with key high street accounts such as Boots & Superdrug alongside grocery and niche high end beauty companies.
The role will lead, motivate and drive the performance of brand penetration. You will have a proven track record in man-management, delivering results through others and developing a team.
This is a pivotal role in the business, where you will be fully accountable for overall financial performance of your customers and is the ideal opportunity to accelerate your position into Sales Director in the longer term. The business is a fast paced branded FMCG business, which is heavily innovation orientated and maintains customer intimate relationships.
This Business Unit Controller role is an ideal role for a SNAM or NAM to take a step up, we are looking for someone who has the ability and ambition to be an SD in the future.
You need to have a strong appreciation of category management principles and product innovation process.
Candidates from all FMCG backgrounds will be considered, ideally we are looking for individuals who have experience in health and beauty.

You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week so must be commutable to Hertfordshire.
£55,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary + Package
