We need:
A Business Savings Consultant based in Northampton Admin Centre or Threadneedle Street, London
£19,647 - £28,379 a year based on a 35 hour week.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Relationship Management team in Business Savings, working alongside a team of Relationship Managers to help Business Savings attract new customers, retain existing customers and achieve net growth and financial targets.

Who we're looking for

This role will help the Relationship Management team achieve its balance growth objective, using analytical skills to create a segmentation plan for contacting prospective new Business Savings customers, before supporting the Relationship Managers by directly contacting these customers to secure deposits and book in customer meetings.
Key attributes and experience that would help in this role are:
Analytical ability
Experience using Microsoft Excel
A background within financial services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience of sales and lead generation including outbound calling
Time management and ability to prioritise workloads
Understanding of the Business Savings market, products & service
Knowledge of financial strength and credit ratings of banks and building societies

What you'll be doing

Complete detailed market information analysis to create a targeted prospecting plan
Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate delivery of mail and email prospecting contacts
Support new leads by following up on marketing letters and emails with outbound calls to Finance Directors of businesses with the aim of securing meetings for the Relationship Manager to discuss business deposits
Management of the Relationship Manager’s diary by pre-booking appointments and providing company insight to support meeting preparation for the Relationship Managers
Provide feedback on processes to enhance the customer journey and drive internal efficiencies
