You’ll be an experienced Local Business Development Manager or a Fleet Sales Manager within a prestige or volume main franchised dealership. You’ll be able to point to an impressive track record of selling to the local business community, delivering outstanding profit whilst also ensuring the highest level of CSI. Your inspirational leadership will motivate your small team. You’ll be looking for a challenge, and the opportunity for your efforts and skills to be rewarded, not only financially but also with the opportunity to advance your career.
At least 2 years’ experience as a Local Business Development Manager or a Fleet Sales Manager within a main dealership.
A strong background in F+I and focus on profitability
A proven focus on CSI
A strong communicator
An excellent knowledge of the North London car market
