The Business Sales Executive will be focused on both customer retention and new business, calling prospective clients from an established database and to follow up marketing campaigns.

The key responsibilities of the Business Sales Executive will include:
To generate new customers to achieve sales targets
To retain existing customers and up sell services to achieve customer retention and satisfaction targets
To achieve targets for calls, contacts, conversions and card use
To not only follow up marketing campaigns but self-generate sales via developing a database, use of social media, focus on particular industries, and referrals
To generate meetings for the field sales team
The successful Business Sales Executive will be:
2+ Years cold calling experience in B2B telesales
Thrive on making high volume of outbound calls, contacts and conversions per day Love achieving and exceeding targets
Be highly self-motivated, resilient, positive, high energy, professional and determined
£22,000 Basic Salary, OTE £30,000 + private health care + dental health care + life insurance + critical illness cover + pension
