A core part of our clients business is based on volume sales of cinema tickets to thier clients, partners, affiliates and beneficiaries. We sell low value items in large quantities with a relatively small profit margin. Our aim is to grow our business by increasing the number of customers that we have and increasing the amount of business that we do with them. The core purpose of the role is to act at three levels:
In addition, the Business Development Manager will work closely with the Operational Marketing Team to develop and deliver a plan to increase awareness of the new proposition, particularly through Lead Generation and Beneficiaries channels.
You'll most likely be an existing Business Development Manager looking for a change in direction, or a hungry Executive looking for that next career opportunity.
You'll connect with colleagues in Marketing, Client Services, Legal and Finance to challenge the status quo, as well as our Cinema Partners, developing new processes and procedures to improve the way that we work as a collective. As a result, this role isn't for the feint-hearted. You'll be commercially astute, confident, well-organised and outgoing. It's important that the relationships that we build with our stakeholders are based on trust and with a mutual respect for our collective business aims, so you'll need to be sympathetic to their needs as well as ours.
You'll work with the Filmology team in Milton Keynes, but some business travel is expected. Key elements of the role include:
