Business Development Telesales Executive, Software, Farnborough, £28,000 basic salary, £55,000 OTE (uncapped, and £70K+ is possible in Year One). A hugely exciting opportunity to join a well-funded software house that sells tools into design agencies, marketing consultancies, web development agencies, content agencies and PR agencies.

The tools enable them to provide added value to their end-user client base. With the UK in lockdown (advert was published 24/3/20) these agencies are unable to meet with their client base, so these solutions provide a reason to call their clients with new services and new revenue streams with little effort required on their part. The software is proven to enrich relationships between agencies and their end-user clients and is backed by case studies.

The role requires an 'out and out hunter' that is happy to make high volumes of calls to introduce the software. The software is sold in modules or as a complete solution, dependant on the agencies' budget. As it is a SaaS solution, it is cost-effective and attractively priced to capture market share.

Initially, the role will be home-based, until the lockdown is lifted, and will office-based after that. Interviews will take place on Skype, and if successful you will receive webinar induction training and be supplied with a laptop loaded with their CRM system, and a phone, so that you can commence selling straight away.

This role is solely business development, either winning new business or selling additional modules to their existing clients. It requires someone hungry for financial advancement, happy to do the sales numbers and always goes the extra mile for their clients.

Therefore, to apply, you will have a proven track record in a telesales role and be used to making at least fifty proactive sales calls each day.

* A minimum of 1-year telesales experience in a proactive outbound sales role;

* A proven track record of meeting sales targets;

* An ability to research target clients;

* A genuine interest in marketing;

* An ambitious and career-driven individual that wants to increase their earnings significantly;
