Base salary £36k to £42k depending on experience + commission

Winners of numerous awards including Tatler and London Lifestyle - We are a growing chain of private members' training clubs that pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results and the highest standard of client care. Experts in High Intensity Training, our clubs are renowned for their unique relaxed atmosphere.

We are currently looking for a sales manager who will have overall responsibility of meeting weekly sales targets in one of our clubs. This is a senior role and the candidate must have at least 3 years proven sales and managerial  experience and be used to performing and delivering results under pressure.

As the key performance measure is the ability to deliver upon targets, we are looking for a someone who would be willing to come in at weekends if the target has not been met. The selected candidate must therefore be hard working, driven and eager to succeed. As our gyms are located in Notting Hill, Wimpole Street and Barnes, the demands of the job may suit someone who lives close to one of these areas.

As sales manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of care is delivered to all our clients. You will  oversee and manage your team to ensure that our clients receive the desired results along with a first class service. We are therefore looking for someone who has proven experience in achieving high levels of client retention as well as being able to drive new business by spotting and developing new opportunities and following these through to create new sales.

Industry experience whilst helpful is definitely not essential as we are looking for someone with a track record in achieving sales who has the ability and ambition to progress with us and offer our clients the best possible experience and results.
