THE ROLE: As Business Development Sales Manager you will be selling a range of business services to a wide range of end users encompassing both SMEs & Corporates both within the Private and Public Sector. You will be dealing with Senior HR consultants and Management consulting with them to find the right solutions for their business. The role of Business Development Sales Manager will initially focus on new business, but over time your role will develop into more account management and you will retain all accounts won.
THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Business Development Sales Manager you must at interview stage be able to show you have extensive field sales experience and have previously managed your own account base. You will be able to build excellent relationships with your clients and be a bright and engaging sales professional.
