THE ROLE: Covering the U.K the role of Business Development Sales Manager will see you selling a range of industrial solutions and products to a variety of sectors. Dealing with Finance Directors through to procurement teams and Distribution Managers as well as Channel Managers and Engineers, your markets will consist of large process end users. Dealing with Oil and Gas, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical businesses as well as Utilities and Chemical companies, all sales will be pulled through distribution. Although you will inherit a base of leads to convert, our client is really looking for those sales professionals who are able to identify and develop new business opportunities and who understand the importance of constantly growing your account base. THE PERSON: In order to be considered for the role of Business Development Sales Manager you must be able to show at interview that you are driven and focused and looking to earn high on target earnings. You will enjoy new business and be able to manage key accounts too. In addition to these personal qualities you will also be able to demonstrate that you have sold a health and safety related product or worked within Health and Safety Environments. Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Bonus: £10,000 - £15,000 uncapped
