THE ROLE: As Business Development Sales manager you will be selling a range of solutions into a variety of markets such as packaging, printing and automotive. You will be covering the whole of the UK and will be home based. Managing a base of existing accounts your role will also require you to develop new business opportunities. You will inherit a fruitful account base so hard work and relationship building will see you go far in this role. You must be proactive with your work to ensure you continually grow your account base to come in line with the growth plans this company has.
THE PERSON: To be successful in the role of Business Development Sales Manager you must have extensive experience in consultative sales. Â Our client will look at all backgrounds so experience within this industry is not essential. Full training will be provided for you to make this role a success. You will be a down to earth, team player who is eager to succeed and is passionate about contributing towards company growth.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES MANAGER:
Basic: £40,000 - £50,000
Bonus: £10,000 - £12,000
