As Business Development Sales Manager for this exciting, forward thinking business, your remit will be to cover the Southern part of the U.K, working with the existing sales team to develop and maximise business within current accounts. The role of Business Development Sales Manager will see you selling a range of industrial products from tooling through to adhesives into a variety of Key accounts within the Manufacturing, Automotive, Motorsport and Food & Beverage arenas, to name a few of the sectors you will be dealing with. Although the position of Business Development Sales Manager carries its own target, you will be working with a number of current Field sales Executives to help grow accounts, so no cold new business is required at all. THE PERSON:
To be considered for this role you must have experience of managing and developing key accounts. This could have been gained in any sector, but our client is looking to interview those sales professionals who can clearly show that they have grown an account base. You will also be strategic in your approach to business and have an understanding of the bid/tender process, although this does not need to be an in depth understanding just an overview. Your confident nature as well as your forward-thinking approach to work, will also make you the ideal Business Development Sales Manager for our client. THE COMPANY
