THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager for this market leading business, you will be selling a suite of services into mainly Facilities Management companies and Property Landlords across Scotland. With End User clients such as shopping centres, car parks, airports, offices, universities, retail, leisure etc - your points of contact will consist of Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Facilities Managers and Procurement Teams. The role of BDM is focussed on the acquisition of new business opportunities, together with some account management - selling service and maintenance contracts for lifts/elevators.
THE CANDIDATE: As well as being driven, honest, committed and passionate, you will also have experience of selling to Facilities Management companies or similar End User clients. If you do not have market place experience but have sold a service our client would also be keen in your background. A full induction programme is on offer to the successful candidate.
