Business Development Manager, Software Solutions, Hospitality, Up to £55,000 + double OTE + Share Options

Our client specialises in bespoke workforce management solutions for the hospitality, leisure, retail, and service sectors. Whilst other companies in this industry have been heavily impacted by the pandemic, our client have continued to enjoy huge successes, using this time to expand their business, even opening new offices in Scotland!

This is a consultative business development role and requires an individual who understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships. Ideally the candidate will have experience of selling software, SaaS or HR solutions, but more importantly our client looking for the right 'consultative sales approach' professionalism and an ability to build trust.

You will work closely with the wonderful sales manager and will be provided with 1-2-1 training as well as ongoing support. Honesty and integrity are essential ingredients to become successful within this organisation. The ability to develop relationships at senior levels is essential and this role is ideal for an individual frustrated by a lack of career opportunities.
