THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager you will be selling the rental of temperature and climate control products, working with clients who are considered to be the biggest within the construction industry. The majority of your time will be focused on managing key account business but you will also be expected to develop new client opportunities.

THE PERSON: To be successful in your application for this Business Development Manager role you will need a demonstrable track record of success within a construction/technical related sell to Contractor firms. You should be a good relationship builder and understand how to network and grow key accounts. This is a senior sales role within the construction market, expectations are high for you to deal at all leaves including on site and with blue chip construction companies.
