THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of contract global supply chain solutions - outsourced services including logistics, warehousing, network modelling, order management, inventory management and data/analytics. The target market is medium to large organisations in fields as diverse as retail, technology, automotive, industrial and aviation. You'd focus on business development, retaining them and with some existing account management opportunity from the outset. 2 days a week would be spent in the office in South Manchester, the remainder in the field visiting clients.

THE PERSON: To be selected for the role of Business Development Manager, you will need to be driven, professional, structured and consultative, with the ability to negotiate at all levels - experience selling a b2b service or concept is of particular interest.
· Basic: £27,000 to £30,000
· Bonus: £10.000 OTE
