Owing to rapid company growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading company who are looking to expand their UK sales team. If you are an experienced and confident field sales professional with a history of new business sales then BMS Performance want to speak with you now!


THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager for this market leading company you will be covering northern England supplying specialist performance doors to main contractors. Selling predominately to new customers you will have the opportunity to communicate at both contractor and specification level.


THE PERSON: The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience of field-based product sales and will preferably have experience of dealing with contractors and specifiers. Specific product knowledge is not essential as our client will provide full training for the successful applicant though it is essential that the successful applicant be driven, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a new business role.


THE COMPANY: Our client has been established for close to 20 years and with a turnover of £150 million can be considered the UK's market leader in the specialist door market.


THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

  • Salary: up to £35K DOE
  • Bonus: £10-15K, uncapped
  • Company Car
  • Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, credit card, 24 days holiday + bank holidays
