To apply your background will ideally be in executive level recruitment and you will be used to selling concepts. Some face to face sales experience will be of benefit together with a proven history of overachievement against targets. You will be dynamic, articulate, well presented and have a real strength in developing business.
This well-backed software house has developed a unique product that helps to develop leads and business generation within the recruitment industry. Now having celebrated their 12th year of continuing success the business is looking to grow their sales team. The role is targeting recruitment businesses from SME's to corporates and introducing the hugely impressive web-based product; this is sold as SaaS, so the upfront monthly costs is relatively minimal.
Your role is a combination of business development, converting leads and following pipeline. The environment is sales led, great fun and extremely customer service focussed. The role is primarily telephone based utilising webinar technologies to demo the product but will also involve field visits (pool car provided).
To succeed you will be a recruiter that is fed up with a role where you are relying on others to secure your sale or being let down by clients and candidates on a regular basis. You will be bright, customer service oriented, proactive and have a natural rapport building sales approach. You will possess the strength of personality to sell to recruiters, who are by nature often tricky beasts! You will have experience of working within a target driven business and understand the recruitment industry with the ability to empathise with the problems that recruiters face on a daily basis.
