Hybrid internal and external sales role - covering South Manchester & Cheshire

The Role: As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the development of customer relationships and ethical sales standards within their flagship Cheshire homes. You will be tasked with consulting with families, understanding the level of care required, attending events and handling all incoming enquiries. You will essentially be the face of the home providing a passionate and informative sales approach to the management team. You will be required to have the flexibility to work at weekends, and not standard business hours.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and/or marketing background in the B2C, B2B or even financial sectors. You must be consultative, empathetic, kind natured and hard working. You must be thick skinned and not easily perturbed by what can at times be a very sensitive environment.

The Package:
£30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
£55,000 OTE
Pension + Healthcare + Travel Expenses
