A forward thinking, multi-disciplinary practice of chartered surveyors and property consultants in central London is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager.

The successful candidate will undertake all duties to provide support and carry out the full range of business development activities.

They offer a full range of services that include building consultancy, commercial property consultancy, property management and commercial estate agency services.

Description

The successful Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • To identify potential new sources of business growth across the Building Consultancy, Commercial Property, and Property Management teams.
  • To find, develop and maintain new clients.
  • Raise the company profile by attending seminars and industry specific events.
  • Support the sales process including creating proposal materials, researching contacts, market analysis etc.
  • To assist with strategic business development decisions.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Identify appropriate networking events for key personnel to attend.
  • Working closely with an external marketing consultant on the development of marketing strategies, content, website, social media and branding.
  • Coordinating tender opportunities.

Profile

The successful Business Development Manager should have the following skills/experience:

  • A proven track record of securing new business and developing long-term client relationships.
  • An extensive knowledge of the commercial property sector.
  • Experience managing a CRM platform.
  • A professional and friendly approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time and prioritise work in an effective and productive way.

Job Offer

Basic salary £40,000 - £70,000 depending on experience and knowledge within the sector.
