The Role: As Business Development Manager you will targeted on the conversion of new business, selling a recruitment technology platform specifically for the hospitality sector. Your audience will be Operations Managers/Directors and HR Mangers/Directors within Hotels, Events Companies/Caterers and Contract Caterers. You'll be in the office in Manchester when not visiting clients face to face in the Manchester and surrounding area, with a team of telemarketers sourcing and passing leads and arranging meetings.
The Person: To be considered for this position you should have demonstrable experience of closing new business sales opportunities, and are motivated by earning potential and career growth. Experience selling professional business services is an advantage, however operational hospitality experience may be considered by our client.
