What you'll be doing
Why this job matters
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Engagement, Radianz or Senior BDM for Member Engagement; manage the end to end relationship with members of the Radianz community. Radianz Members are an essential part of the Radianz Ecosystem. They create the demand for knowledge and insight that makes the market for Radianz Providers - driving sustainable revenue. This is responsible for building relationships at senior levels with these Members and ensuring new opportunities are proactively identified and driven through BT Radianz to conclusion.
Financial - Accountable for the financial targets for a set of members
Network- Develop strategic relationships at senior levels to help identify strategic new opportunities
Value Extraction/Mining - Driving forward holistic plans for Members to extract incremental new business
New Members - Hunt new Members
Market Intelligence - Collect market intelligence and insight to be shared with Radianz teams and appropriate customers
Team-working - An active participant of the Member Engagement team. Sharing good news and best practice with colleagues globally.

Knowledge of Capital Markets and its evolution, Radianz Portfolio and how it can help customers addressing their needs in line with market trends
Proven ability to engage with customers at a senior level
Communication: skills in building and delivering messages for customers and other internal teams
Business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational and operational performance and KPIs
Be a point of escalation for key customers and business issues
Interface with teams such as Marketing, Provider Engagement, global solutions team Commercial Finance and Portfolio
Experience you would be expected to have:
A track record in building relationships at all levels
Experience of defining and delivering a better customer experience
Proven Business Development skills
Wide knowledge and understanding of customers ideally within capital markets
Understanding of emerging technology trends in capital markets
Ability to translate market trends and changes to insight that would be useful to your customers and therefore build the trusted advisor status with them
