The Role: As Business Development Manager you will targeted on the acquisition of new business, selling employment law services together with some associated training services - to a market largely consisting of SME's across Scotland, alongside Corporates. You audience will include business owners, Finance Directors, Human Resources Directors, and Managing Directors. This is firmly a "Hunter"role.
The Person: To be considered for this position it is essential that you have demonstrable experience of closing new business sales opportunities, and are motivated by earning potential and career growth, with above average emotional intelligence and an ability to deal at all levels.Â Experience selling professional business services is an advantage.
The Company: Our client is a rapidly growing organisation, who has nearly tripled in size in the last 5 years. They are a major player in the Scottish sector who plan to continue taking market share, with a unique offering in business service provision.
- Basic: £28,000 - £40,000 (dependent on sales experience)
- Bonus:£8,000 to £12,000 year 1 realistic
- Car Allowance: £4,000 pa
