This is a business development role, focusing on prospecting and identifying new opportunities in the EMEA market for a rapidly expanding learning consultancy in the South East territory. The territory is South East, and the head office is in Buckinghamshire
Our client is a well known learning consultancy with a global footprint, operating across more than 50 countries. The business has grown dramatically over the last 2 years and is now in a position to expand the team further. The business is really exciting and the opportunities to sell bespoke solutions are endless, they are looking for someone to join a fun and diverse business who pride themselves on their culture.
The role is diverse but ultimately focused on selling their solution to high level decision makers across EMEA. Day to Day to business development manager will explore new opportunities through meeting new clients, they will present bespoke solutions to fulfil their training needs. The role is about building relationships and being consultative with their approach. The successful candidate will work closely with the business development team for the UK and EMEA to come up with new methods of attracting business.
The successful candidate will be accustomed to winning and pitching for large pieces of business, they may have experience of dealing with decision makers in HR or L&D and this would be advantageous. Moreover the successful candidate will be able to manage a pipeline and extend their own network to guarantee success. The role needs someone who can work autonomously and is naturally forward-thinking.
