Business Development Manager – KBB Bathroom Furniture

Job Title: Business Development Manager – KBB Bathroom Furniture

Industry Sector: KBB, Bathroom Furniture, Regional Housebuilders, National House Builders, New Build and Large Apartment Developments

Area to be covered: National role - based London & South East

Remuneration: £40,000-£45,000 + £10,000 Bonus

Benefits: Fully expensed A4 or £600 car allwance & Full Benefits

The role of the Business Development Manager – KBB Bathroom Furniture will involve:

·        Field sales position, selling our clients manufactured range of bathroom furniture

·        Selling direct to large regional house builders and national house builders

·        50% of your time account managing a number of larger national accounts such as: some of the Cala Homes divisions, Barratt London, Croudace, Lend Lease and a number of smaller regional accounts

·        50% of your time business development focussed role, targeting the likes of: David Wilson Homes, Bryant Homes, Bellway Homes, Redrow, Berkley Homes, Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Bovis Homes and Gleeson Homes

·        Contract revenue responsibility circa £3m, you will be tasked with growing revenue in line with current company growth

·        Fantastic opportunity to join a company with a very healthy order book of current and future customers

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – KBB Bathroom Furniture with:

·        Must have a proven track record of selling into the housebuilder marketplace

·        KBB field sales background – ideally bathrooms

·        Ability to communicate at a senior level in respect of decision making

·        Proven track record in account management and business development

·        Loyal, and on a upward trajectory in  career

·        Ideally contacts within national and regional housebuilder’s such as David Wilson Homes, Bryant Homes, Bellway Homes, Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey, Bovis Homes, Gleeson Homes, Barratt Homes, Redrow and Berkley Homes

·        Proven track record of field sales territory management and demonstrable career progression on CV

·        Resilient, hard working mentality

·        Commercially minded
