Business Development Manager - Influencer Marketing - London
£60 to £80k + uncapped commission/bonus
My client is the fastest growing technology platform that connects influencers from all over the world are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in London. Reporting to the Business Development Director.
They operate in over 80 markets and owns offices in Germany, USA, UK, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, South Africa and Poland. They cooperate with over 500,000 influencers and work with the biggest brands from the Fortune 500.
They recently conducted more than 1500 campaigns for the world's largest brands (Coca-cola, McDonald`s, L’Oreal, Electrolux and many more). They work with media houses and advertising agencies from around the world in order to carry out effective global campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.
Wanted: We are looking for a talented and highly organized Business Development Manager (BDM), who will be responsible for forging effective relationships with brands, media-, creative-, digital-, and PR agencies. Someone who can provide Business Development service and ensure effective management.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building a high-performance and strategic business development, and handling the offering of their platform to the highest levels of clients and agencies in the FMCG, entertainment and many other segments.
Role Mission: Make the agency a household name. Publicize their accessibility with brands and agencies.
Goal of this position: Maximize revenues from the agencies and clients falling within your customer list, while exceeding their targets. Support the sales team to hit company targets.
We are looking for a BDM who has:
understanding of market targets and budgets, media industry and new business development
wide network in media industry
ability to nourish fruitful relationships, and to set up meetings with decision makers within within limited timeframe
proven strategies and experience to attract clients successfully and the ability to negotiate to close business deals swiftly
strong experience with digital culture, and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital ecosystem (Social Media/Media/Advertising/Digital)
2-3 years experience in media/creative agency
excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
