BT Radianz

In joining BT Radianz you will be joining an ambitious organisation with a culture of togetherness, collaboration and inclusivity, that takes a genuine and proactive interest in your sales progress and development, focusing on the global investment Market and a world leader in it space.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Solution sales team, Radianz or Senior BDM for solution sales; manage the relationship with customers of the Radianz community on identified solution sales for complex and multifaciated solutions.

We are looking for a competent Sales Professional who will be working on the pursuit and closing of sales opportunities for the BT Radianz services and propositions. You will be grounded in sales and therefore have a clear understanding of how to influence the customer with insight that leads to sales. This will then extend to the selling of the capabilities for BT Radianz products and services within the global investment market.

The solutions sales to the Radianz Members are an essential part of the Radianz Ecosystem. They create the demand for knowledge and insight that makes the market for Radianz as a whole - driving sustainable revenue. This roles is responsible for building relationships at senior levels levels within the Bt Radianz customesr on a global bases and ensuring new solution opportunities are proactively identified and driven through BT Radianz to conclusion.

Accountabilities:

* Financial - Accountable for the financial targets for solution sales with Global and regional BT Radianz customers

* Network- Develop strategic relationships at senior levels to help identify strategic new opportunities

* Value Extraction/Mining - Driving forward hoilistic plans for Members to extract new solution business

* New Sales - Hunt new solution business within customer base as well as new Solutions with New prospects

* Market Intelligence - Collect market intelligence and insight to be shared with Radianz teams and appropriate customers

* Team-working - An active participant of the global Solution sales team

* Sharing good news and best practice with collagues globally.

Top Skillsets:

* Knowledge of Capital Markets and its evolution, Radianz Portfolio and how it can help customers addressing their needs in line with market trends

* Proven ability to engage with customers at a senior level
Communication: skills in building and delivering messages for customers and other internal teams

* Business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational and operational performance and KPIs

* Be a point of escalation for key customers and business issues

* Interface with teams such as Marketing, Provider Engagement, member team, Commercial Finance and Portfolio

Additional Skillsets:

* An excellent track record in building relationships at senior levels and monetising these relationships

* Experience of defining and delivering a better customer experience

* Understanding of emerging technology trends in capital markets

* Ability to translate maket trends and changes to insight that would be useful to your customers and therefore build the trusted advisor status with them
