Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Franchise Sales / Recruitment Manager / Business Consultant

Business Development Manager with previous sales experience and a Full UK Driving Licence is needed for our client, an award-winning, young and fast-growing company revolutionising the coffee market with its mobile, self-sufficient coffee shops, to be based in Birmingham.

Founded in 2011 in Germany, the company has since expanded with its more than 200 franchisees operating up to 4 coffee bikes into 18 countries worldwide, and they became one of Europe's fastest growing franchise system.

They are looking for a Franchise Sales / Recruitment Manager to be responsible for the growth of the franchise network in the UK.

You will:

  • Be responsible for recruiting and selecting new franchise candidates for the UK market
  • Prepare Franchise Discovery Days in the UK
  • Represent the company, the system and the brand at information events
  • Support franchise prospects in the process of setting up a business and offer site location assistance
  • Set up business plans and support the financing process of setting up a business
  • Be in close contact with the German based head office to share experiences and overcome challenges
  • Define the company's future strategy of internationalisation as you are going to lay the foundation of their international growth

Required skills:

  • Experience in a sales role, preferably within the franchise sector
  • Strong communication and presentation skills combined with a self-confident manner
  • Understanding of business economic relations (setting up business and financing)
  • Experience of CRM reporting systems to track progress of sales
  • Ability to work independently and diligently
  • Flexibility and high commitment
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Cheerfulness at work
