DESCRIPTION

The main drivers that push an Enterprise to start a journey are changes of consumers demand, changes of technology and change of competition landscape. Cloud is the enabler of this journey and that means leveraging social, mobile, and computerization of processes to accelerate the time to value of Enterprise goals.
AWS is the World’s leading cloud provider. Migrating to AWS provides tremendous value for Enterprises by retiring technical debt and a strong foundation for digital. We are looking for a great Manager who will help drive growth of our and accelerate the benefits realization for our clients.

These BDMs will:
· As part of the regions BDM team, enable our clients’ goals through accelerated migration to AWS
· Support region's effort to engage the market with stories and pipeline
· Support Managers in integrating MAP into their journeys and support team in discussions with clients
· Create repeatable proposals for specific workloads and strategies, while working backwards from our clients’ needs and provide a clearly articulated solution
· Participate actively in activities, events, Executive briefings to support the Managers in articulating strategy and technical value of the AWS journey and creating a pipeline
· Positioning our approach in competitive scenarios
· Remove barriers and bring in appropriate resources to drive solutions for technical questions
· Guide/Direct ProServe/ Economics team to develop compelling cases that exceed expectations
· Manage Escalation, where required, to ensure AWS delivers best value to our clients
· Create constructs suited for the client, drawing upon a variety of incentives program available to the client
· Work with our colleagues in EMEA/WW and provide feedback/proposals to modify the program according to the needs of our clients/market

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in executing campaigns for defined market segments with a strong pipeline creation track record
· Experience of working backwards from needs and creating campaigns that address these needs
· Experience of driving consensus around and across virtual teams and multiple functions through writing compelling proposals
· Experience in and around customer journeys of migrating legacy workloads
· Familiarity with the 7Rs model of Applications and experience of conversations/campaigns around this topic
· Experience of cases and understanding of buying criteria in the enterprise space2+

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluent French speaker
· Practitioner experience in migrating workloads
· Written thought leadership articles on the topic of migrations
