Job Title: Business Development Manager – Fire Doors

Areas to be covered:  London & South East (will be able to go after projects nationally)

Remuneration: £50,000-£60,000neg (depending on exp) + bonus tbc

Benefits: £500 car allowance & full comprehensive benefit packages

The role of the Business Development Manager – Fire Doors will involve:

                    Technical Business Development Manager position selling the supply, installation and maintenance of fire doors

                    Majority of your time will be spent selling direct to large tier 1 contractors such as: Skanska, Laing O’Rourke, Vinci, Balfour Beatty, Bam Nuttall

                    The remaining large portion of your time will be focused on selling direct to end users such as: Facilities Management Companies, Google, Heathrow, Hospitals, Rolls Royce, Universities, The Shard, Construction Companies

                    Once up and running you will be targeted to achieve £1.5-£2m turnover

                    Order values will range from £20k-£1.5m depending on project size and scope

                    Will be working alongside company Directors

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Fire Doors with:

                    Must have sold to either tier 1 contractors, end users or facilities management companies such as: Skanska, Laing O’Rourke, Vinci, Balfour Beatty, Bam Nuttall, Google, Heathrow, Hospitals, Rolls Royce, Universities, The Shard, Construction Companies

                    Ideally from a sub-contractor / contractor sales background (not essential)

                    Must be experienced in similar technical solutions

                    Hungry for new business with a consultative approach
