Home Based Business Development Manager, Fintech SaaS Solutions, £55,000 Basic, £65K OTE + Benefits. This is a strategic business development role where you will pursuing a particular pool of target clients within a defined niche. The targets are those that annually spend over £250K on financial transaction fees.

Providing groundbreaking payment solutions to some of the world's largest brands, this company are a leader in their niche sector and are looking for a proven business developer to target the UK's largest 1,000 companies.

The role is perfect for an 'A grade door opener' that loves the cut and thrust of business development. It will suit an avid user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator that enjoys making new connections, networking online and operating and being proactive in niche groups to make the right connections.

This role requires specific skills and experience and to apply:

* You will have two years B2B sales experience selling SaaS. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FinTech sector.

* You will be an expert gaining the trust of C-suite contacts to refer you to their contacts on LinkedIn and the like.

* You will be a highly driven and communicative character that can easily connect with senior levels. You will be naturally persuasive and articulate sales professional who is comfortable dealing with senior personnel (contacts are typically C-Suite);

* You will be of graduate calibre with a proven record of overperforming against your peers. The ideal candidate will have received structured sales training in a recognised methodology;

* You will be commercially savvy and used to using business data and social networking tools, such as LinkedIn to identify ideal targets;

* The ideal candidate will have a logical CV that details the evidence of being 'above the norm';

* Most of all you will be ambitious, committed and looking to grow within a high energy business that is genuinely at the apex of their sector.
