Requirements for the Business Development Manager

  • Blend of new business and relationship management / account management.
  • Selling into professional services, especially if you've sold into accountancy practices.
  • Software sales experience is an added bonus, but not essential.
  • Structured sales approach.
  • Attitude and drive.

The Role for the Business Development Management
