The business development manager role is focused on developing regional/national accounts to identify new opportunities within a client base

You will be selling full contracts wherever possible and make introductions for other parts of my clients business.

- Achieve sales targets

- Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the current market

- Complete all written documentation, bids, technical proposals etc

- Accurate weekly forecasting of new business opportunities and pipeline management

- Develop relationships throughout the clients business to maintain customer focus and collaborative approach

- Grow strong internal relationships

Profile

- Preferred track record of sales achievements within the last 3-5 years

- Experienced new business hunter and account manager

- Proven closing ability in converting £500k-£1.5m complex solutions

- Knowledge or experience of strategic selling processes

- Experience of selling into B2B markets

- Demonstrate market knowledge in contracting and direct end user sectors

- Sales force experience

Job Offer

£45,000 - £60,000 Base

OTE £20,000
