Role:

This dynamic company is recognised as a world leader within their niche marketplace. They are a very profitable business and due to further expansion and growth, they are now looking for a proactive and hands on senior sales professional to come onboard and sell their digital twin and simulation software solutions and services into the following sectors; manufacturing, automotive, aerospace and FMCG. In a dual role of new business and account development within some of their existing accounts, you must be able to carry the value proposition to deliver big ticket business. The ideal candidate needs to have the gravitas, personality and energy to be able to build rapport with clients as well as a consultative solution sales approach. You must have experience of selling lean software related to simulation, digital twin and process improvement and have a solid understanding of industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that has a great culture where over time you will take on a more senior position.  

Candidate Skills Required:

- Proven track record of new business wins and account development

- Experience in selling simulation/process improvement software solutions

- Sold into the manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or FMCG sectors

- Proactive, collaborative, hands on, high integrity

- A minimum of 6+ years IT sales experience

Candidate Skills Beneficial:

- Degree educated within an engineering discipline

- Strong knowledge of industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing/transformation

- Used to carrying out own software demonstrations

- A stable career record
