The Role: This US vendor reached out to BMS during a turbulent last week. We've previously had success working with the Vice President and he knew we'd be in a position to replicate that success with an exciting new senior hire at their midlands-based UK HQ. So, what is this Business Development Director - CX Software all about:

  • Targeting major UK brands in E-commerce, Retail, Hospitality, Finance and Telecoms
  • Closing complex new business deals with ARR upwards of £200k
  • Selling AI based "Voice of the Customer" Software, current clients see it as critical to successful product launch
  • Working closely with a marketing and SDR functions in the UK and US - they'll do more than just find leads, they'll devise campaigns and truly warm things up
  • Fully autonomous role, they'll want you in the office for the first month but the VP is relaxed beyond that.

Requirements: Business Development Director - CX Software

  • SaaS background winning new clients, you need to be used to ARR targets
  • "Roll the sleeves up" attitude, team player, happy to work for a niche vendor
  • New Business, hunting mentality, can articulate best wins and repeat it
