Sales Executive, Business to Business Consultancy Services, Bushey, Hertfordshire, £30,000 per annum Basic Salary, £40,000 with commission and bonuses. Touchstone Growth is an international business development organisation that represents some of the world's largest and most prestigious IT, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services and Consultancy firms. This is an information gathering led sales role that requires an eloquent, persuasive and articulate sales professional who is used to communicating at board level and comfortable dealing with senior personnel.

This is a corporate business development role that requires occasional field visits and is about building relationships rather than selling. It is based from bright, open plan offices, opposite Bushey Country Club, with plentiful parking. Most of the existing staff commuted to London in the past and now enjoy having the ability to earn a London salary without commuting. The environment is respectful, supportive, professional and fun and one where everyone works together as a team to ensure the ongoing success of the organisation. The company does not have 'hard targets' and key performance indicators are delivered as a team. Whilst commission is earned on individual sales the team works together to accomplish projects that results in the monthly 'team bonus' being achieved.

The sophisticated business development role requires a bright, highly motivated, confident and tenacious professional with both personality and warmth. The role requires building relationships with the most senior of decision-makers, and this requires you to be immediately engaging and calm, measured and controlled in your diction and approach. The role requires an individual that has brilliant communication skills and is also committed, dedicated and flexible.

This highly varied role would suit an individual with a good general understanding of business, commercial gravitas and one that is used to selling to large corporate clients. Many of the existing team members held senior roles earlier on in the career and now thoroughly enjoy a 9AM to 5PM role that doesn't require them to take work home with them.

All backgrounds will be considered but the ideal candidate will have received a good education and can demonstrate loyalty and consistency to their employers throughout their career. Excellent IT skills are also required and the ability to use and network through LinkedIn would be of huge benefit.

The role offers four weeks paid holiday plus bank holidays and the business operates a ten-day office shutdown over the Xmas and New Year period.
