Area to be covered: commutable to Surrey office
Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000neg + negotiable bonus
Benefits: circa £5,000 car allowance and benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager – Climate Control Systems will involve:
· Technical sales position focused on the sale and hire of a high end range of climate control systems, temp lighting systems and power solutions
· All of your time will be spent selling to / generating specifications with main contractors, M&E Contractors, FM companies, site service companies, rental companies and end users
· Once up and running will be expected to generate £500k turnover
· Dealing with typical project order values which can range from £5k - £100k+
· Will be expected to cover national however majority of your work will be in the South East
· Reporting directly to the company Director
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager – Climate Control Systems with:
· Must have at least 5 years’ experience selling the hire / sales of climate control systems OR HVAC related products
· Must have project based specification experience in the climate control industry
· Must be a driven new business hunter
· Ideally have an understanding on technical designs and layouts for temporary electrical and heating systems / products for construction sites
· Ideally some experience dealing with lighting and power systems
· Commercially astute
· Able to articulate a technical solution to a client
· Self-motivated, hungry, dynamic, consultative
