The role is based in London with Travel across London and South East
My client is a facilities management services organisation who have been around for 30 years and have an excellent client retention rate. They have recently grown through acquisition and now need an accomplished Business Development Manager within the Facilities Management Hard Services space to grow the Hard Services side of the business within the London and South East England region. The Business Development Manager will be an outstanding consultative-led salesperson, who has a track record in selling hard services solutions such as PPM, preventative maintenance, buildings maintenance, HVAC, electrical maintenance etc. to the business and commercial sectors.
You should be a sales 'hunter' with experience of the complete 360 sale from lead generation through to winning the business, and beyond.
In return the BDM will receive a package to include £60k basic + Uncapped Commission OTE £80k + Car Allowance.
