Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Dublin

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000, Plus Uncapped commission

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Let's get straight to it: this is a pure new business sales position.

Once the contract is signed, you'll be handing over to their capable account managers and will be freed up to chase your next signature. You will be prospecting from lists to setup your own meetings, and manage your own schedule and pipeline. Their projects and sales team in the UK will support you - but the reality is that you will be self-sufficient and confident in taking meetings solo.

You'll target hedge funds, alternate investment and private equity firms in Dublin with the aim is to meet with their IT Managers, IT Directors, CTOs, CFOs and CEOs to understand their current IT setup and sell our managed IT services to them. You will be engaging prospects in a consultative sales process that requires consistent follow-ups.

The company are seeking somebody with a strong track history of hunter type sales positions. Strong communication over the phone and email is clearly key, and you need to be adept at presenting and hosting meetings. They have a comprehensive induction plan, so they will make sure you have the knowledge, support and resources to succeed with us from the get-go.

You'll be working out of their modern, private WeWork office, by Grand Canal Harbour, and making regular visits to local prospect offices. In the building, there are social areas to eat and take breaks in. The community in the building is warm and friendly, and there are weekly events and happy hours run by visitors and other businesses in the building. There is one engineer on the team in Dublin, and you will be able to reach out to the UK head office and other locations through Skype too. We anticipate growth (that's where you come in) for the business and team in Dublin.

You'll also receive a €2000 training budget to go towards the professional development of your choice, a mobile phone, laptop, 20 days annual leave, plus 9 bank holidays.
