Candidate Location: Birmingham, Nottingham & Coventry

The Role: As a BDM your role is to sell a range of design led furniture packages that prepare residential properties to be sold or let. You will forge relationships with Estate Agents, Developers and Investors. The role is 60% new business/40% account management and working for the main player in a niche market means you will rarely need to make a cold approach. The sell is based on nurturing ongoing partnerships rather than a hard-transactional business, once customers have been won you will grow and develop the relationship.

The Company: Number one in their market in the UK. Established over 20 years, have maintained excellent business throughout the Covid and see strong growth potential as we come out of it. Design led business, premium product set, really suits people with a passion in interior design!

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • You MUST have B2B sales experience
  • You MUST have a knowledge of the Birmingham property market
  • An interest in property/interior design would be advantageous but not essential
  • Driven and motivated to hit targets and achieve a good OTE!
  • Not hard in sales approach, more consultative and relationship based
