Business Development Manager, Software into Recruitment Industry. Home Based. £35,000 Basic, £50,000 OTE (Uncapped) plus car allowance + additional benefits. Fantastic opportunity within a market leading technology company that is ideal for a proven successful recruiter looking to get out of the recruitment industry and into a client facing field sales position.

To apply your background will ideally be in recruitment and you will be used to selling concepts. Some face to face sales experience will be of benefit together with a proven history of overachievement against targets. You will be dynamic, articulate, well presented and have a real strength in developing business.

This well-backed software house has developed a unique product that helps to guarantee success within the recruitment industry. After enjoying phenomenal success, the business is now looking to grow their sales team. The role is targeting recruitment businesses from SME's to corporates and introducing the hugely impressive web-based product; this is sold as SaaS, so the upfront monthly costs is minimal.

Your role is a combination of business development, converting leads and following pipeline, with key clients in Birmingham and the home counties. The environment is sales led, great fun and extremely customer service focussed. The role is primarily field based utilising webinar technologies to demo the product but will also involve regular field visits.

To succeed you will be a recruiter that is fed up with a role where you are relying on others to secure your sale or being let down by clients and candidates on a regular basis. You will be bright, customer service oriented, proactive and have a natural rapport building sales approach. You will possess the strength of personality to sell to recruiters, who are by nature often tricky beasts! You will have experience of working within a target driven business and understand the recruitment industry with the ability to empathise with the problems that recruiters face on a daily basis.

You will have the aptitude to hit monthly targets and overcome complex objections. In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary, high on-target-earnings that are uncapped, generous holiday (plus statutory bank holidays) and an exceptional team-working environment including an onsite gym.
