Rack Armour Ltd provides warehouse pallet racking protection throughout the world and in recent years it has introduced to the market a selection of safety barriers for end of racking aisles and pedestrian segregation.
The aim of this role is to develop business for the safety barrier side of the business, it comes with a company car, mobile phone and laptop, the role includes 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays and after 3 months of successful employment the candidate will have access to the company’s health care package and pension scheme.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in business development and have knowledge of the warehouse supplies or safety industry.
Have strength in relationship building and understand the importance of excellent customer service and be a strong communicator. Also have a natural sales ability and experience in developing business.
Have a smart and professional appearance with excellent people and presentation skills.
Proactive account development and customer engagement in order to build pipeline, and exceed sales target.
Utilisation of company's resources to create business leads and improve products.
Accountability for the retention and growth of the business.
Taking a consultative approach to increasing business, you will attend customer meetings to demonstrate and pitch suitable solutions.
Build and maintain good working relationships across all departments of the business.
