Business Development Manager

The Role:

This successful candidate will be joining a small sales team of 6 in the London office and will be responsible for generating new business and signing new clients for the firm. As a Business Development Manager, you will be managing your own pipeline and working in a grown-up, autonomous environment. This role is office-based but all business will be closed face to face, allowing the Business Development Manager to meet with all potential clients.

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generate your own leads and manage your pipeline.
  • Book and conduct sales meetings with prospective new clients.
  • Close business to bring new revenue into the firm.

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in sales - ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Bright, professional and credible enough to sell at C-level.
  • Articulate, presentable and mature.
