THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing account base as well as generating new business from both NHS and private operating theatres. Selling a range of products, you will deal with Theatre Surgeons, Theatre Managers, Scrub Nurses and procurement. Our client is always looking grow their product range and you will have the opportunity to take these new, unique products to market which make this company stand out from the rest.
THE PERSON: Due to the complexities of the sector and product range you will be dealing with as Business Development Manager, our client is looking for a high performing salesperson, who has previously sold into theatres. Knowledge of orthopaedics would be an advantage. You will also need a tenacious and passionate approach and real desire to hit targets.
