We are seeking Business Development Managers.

These are High Commission Opportunities in Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Kent and Surrey, .

We are is a specialist physical assessment company. We provide a range of health and fitness assessment systems for children, for use by schools, local authorities and sporting organisations.

We are looking to enhance our sales team with independent individuals who are capable of seeking and developing new opportunities within schools and sports organisations.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be mature, self-motivated self-starters
  • Possess a competitive sales mentality and desire to succeed
  • Have a tenacious approach and an entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Have strong communication skills with excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Possess an impeccable work ethic
  • Have good listening and questioning skills to challenge and gain information
  • Be creative with the ability to maximise potential opportunities
  • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel)
  • Have experience of selling business to customers
  • Have experience of working within a sales environment

You will represent our brand and play an important role in ongoing business success, while developing your skills in the health and wellbeing environment.

We welcome candidates with any previous experience in the following areas: sales representation and delivery, direct and field sales, direct marketing, and any customer service or sales role.

Whats in it for you:

You will get 40% commission on all sales completed.
