A leading tech business in North Surrey is looking for a HR Information Business Development Manager to join its super successful sales team.
Celebrating after delivering 35% growth last year, the business is feeling very confident about its ability to break new records in this financial year. To do this, they are looking to make further investments in new sales professionals who can help deliver the targets and be part of the success.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and benefiting from industry leading induction, product and ongoing sales training these roles are consultative, tech product related new business sales roles that champion a market leading product that is known for innovation and quality.
The role will involve prospecting, demonstrating and generating new business opportunities aswell as following up on qualified leads and customer trials, converting that interest into new sales/customers. As Business Development Manager you will be asked to prospect to medium and enterprise businesses, aswell as taking some sort of geographical / vertical lead.
To apply to this role, you should have experience in new business development that has included working with and selling to HR professionals (ideally). Your career should be successful and stable - demonstrating the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets. and build relationships along the way. You should have experience of demonstrating products and managing objections to close a deal. Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent (but not essential) and you will be able to clearly demonstrate the personal motivation to develop and learn new skills in all that you do.
