Business Development opportunity with a fantastic and growing business based in St Albans. The role will be home/field based a local territory to yourself, with you being required to attend the office on a once a week basis to attend the sales team meeting. Your role will primarily be to generate leads, build a pipeline, attend appointments booked by your BDE partner and close new business opportunities.

Description

  • Attending meetings set by the BDE team
  • Booking and attending self-generated meetings
  • Closing new business sales opportunities
  • Creating a referral network
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Technical knowledge of product sufficient to meet objectives
  • Timely & successful resolution of client escalations
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Source and arrange Seminars with associates/corporate partners
  • Responsible for delivering all documents required for the Pre-Qualification process following client sign-up

Profile

  • Business Development and field sales experience
  • Financial Services (specifically tax or solutions) experience would be advantageous
  • Proactive sales strategy
  • Consultative approach
  • Must have their own transport
