Newly created Business Development Manager role due to growth for a leading BPO business covering North West England.

Client Details

Our client provide multi channel services to help leading UK organisations in the utility, finance, and various other sectors, improve their operational efficiency. Services include but are not limited to: customer contact, mail fulfilment, document management, finance and accounting, and data hosting.


As Business Development Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients, which will lead to a successful outcome and increased growth.
  • Strategy Planning is key to this role and will enable the develop of a strong pipeline of new business and therefore needs a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions and services the business can provide
  • Be the primary lead in any tender documents that are published.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve individual and business objectives and targets


To be successful in the role of Business Development Manager, it is essential you understand how the BPO model works and have a proven track record of winning new business.

Job Offer

Up to £60,000 + benefits.
