£35-40k basic plus commission with OTE in the region of £50k

You'll be expected to drive the business forward, by sourcing and growing new and existing accounts, focusing on building long lasting relationships with your clients.
They offer a wide range of products and services and you will focus on securing a mix of maintenance contracts, product sales and large installation projects, working with the project managers to hand over at point of sale.
You will manage your own diary and workload, with the support of their expert office and engineering team, feeding back your successes during weekly one to ones with your line manager.
They are looking for someone with a proven track record of sourcing and developing new business and managing a portfolio of accounts. A drive and determination to exceed targets, earn commission and beat your peers at the quarterly sales meeting is essential if you are to be a success here.
They are looking for somebody ambitious, talented and hard working, and offer both industry and sales specific training, so a willingness to learn and grow with the business is hugely important.

As the role is field based, the candidate is free to work from the Newcastle or Stockton office. Flexible working is possible for the right person, if required.
